What happens if I’m not home when my subscription box is delivered?

No problem! All deliveries come in a thermal bag that will keep everything at a perfect temperature for up to 3 hours.

What day do you deliver?

We deliver all our weekly subscriptions to your door on Sundays. As long as you subscribe (and choose meal options!) before Friday, you will receive your delivery the following Sunday. If you subscribe after Friday, you will receive your delivery the Sunday of the following week.

Is there a menu to know what lunch items my kids will be receiving this week?

Yes! Expect an email on Monday mornings with this week’s produce availability and see what yummy treats are going to be made this week. Log on to the site (the membership portion) and choose 5 lunches from the given options. You have until midnight Friday to make any changes.

What kind of changes can I make to my weekly box if I don’t like something?

We are happy to offer variations to the current menu to make everyone happy. For example, if you don’t like the current vegetable being used or flavor profile we can try to tweak the recipe to make sure your little one enjoys their lunch. We also try to customize the menus the best we can beforehand by being sensitive to the information you provided us about your child during checkout.

Do the menu options change?

We update the core lunches semi-frequently and always make sure to change the produce and treats weekly to scathe any food boredom.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not! Sorry but we are a small company aiming at making affordable meals and this is not in our budget at this time. This would also make our safety net program (explained on about me page) unviable; working against my goal of getting rid of food insecurity in our community.
